Chrissy Teigen had quite a day on Twitter. Not only did she finesse some brown bananas from a stranger, but she also got into a war of words with one shady Muppet.
It all started when Chrissy sent off one of her excellent yet random tweets, "what is a tattoo you wanted when you were younger but, thankfully, never got? mine is kermit":
There's probably a whole story behind Chrissy's almost-Muppet tattoo (and let's hope we hear it in full some time soon), but whatever the inspiration, the tweet sparked a response from the tea lizard himself: "Whew! Glad to hear it. Now I don't feel so bad about not getting that @chrissyteigen tattoo."
2017 continues to serve up surprises, but Kermit's burn was a delightful one:
Chrissy, master of Twitter she is, embraced the response wholeheartedly: "I think kermit just low key dissed me I love him even more now."
Will this finally be the push she needed to actually get a Kermit tattoo? It's a good bet that if you follow her on Twitter, you'll find out.
