It's like a dream come true.

Chip and Joanna Gaines announced today that they are launching a new line that will be sold exclusively at Target
in collaboration with their brand Magnolia. The line, which will be called Hearth & Hand with Magnolia, will be in stores and online on November 5 and feature more than 300 tabletop, home décor, and giftable pieces.

Although it's Chip and Joanna's first exclusive product line for a retailer, Chip wrote in a blog post that it's also a first for Target.

"Let me try to give you a visual," Chip wrote. "It's like a little shop inside of Target. Jo keeps calling the look 'modern farmhouse,' whatever that means. All I know is she's so excited about this collection that she wants to register for our wedding all over again."

Us too, Jo, us too.

Unlike other collections Target has released, the new Magnolia line will be refreshed each season, according to a press release.

If you can't wait to see the collection, Target revealed a sneak peek of a few items, including these adorable house-shaped vases and striped napkins. The company also confirmed that prices will range from $.99 to $129, but most items will cost less than $30.

Chip also wrote in the blog announcement that they were approached by "one major retailer after another" about creating an exclusive line. He said the couple ultimately partnered with Target because they "found them to be the gold-standard when it comes to generosity and giving."

With that in mind, the new line will be built upon both Magnolia and Target's commitment to giving back to their communities. To kick off the new partnership, Joanna is working on designs to update the community dining room at Target House, a free home away from home for families with kids being treated at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, just in time for the holidays.
