The granddaughter of Queen Victoria of England wed the Duke of Fife (also known as Alexander Duff) in 1889 wearing an intricate lace and satin gown with embroidery and a high collar. She also wore a wreath of orange blossoms, as you do.

When the daughter of King George and Queen Mary wed and became Mary the Countess of Harewood in 1922, she wore a modern '20s gown with intricate beading and a belted drop waist. But it's her trailing lace veil that's literally everything.
