BTS, or "the Bangtan Boys" just won Top Social Artist at tonight's Billboard Music Awards, beating out Selena Gomez, Shawn Mendes, Ariana Grande, and Justin Bieber. Oh, and this is literally the first time anyone other than the Biebs has ever won the award (in the six years its been given out). That should give you an idea of just how #srs their fandom is, btw.
The seven-strong boy band — that's Jimin, Jin, J-Hope, Jungkook, Suga, V, and my forever fave Rap Monster — are the first K-Pop act are the first Korean act to land a Billboard nomination, let alone the (well-deserved) win. You might say they are on... fire right now!
